Kim Becicka


Dr. Kim Becicka has served as the Vice President for Continuing Education and Training Services for Kirkwood Community College (KCC) for the past eleven years.  She has more than 35 years of experience in public and private nonprofit sectors.  She has extensive experience in workforce development, program development and compliance, grant writing, administration, legislative advocacy and building innovative partnerships. Kim holds a Doctorate Degree from Iowa State University in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS).  Her research interests include workforce development, noncredit community college students, public/private partnerships, sector strategies and educational pathways for populations with barriers to education and training.
